Local and international shipping options: Our workshop is located in Spain so we ship to the entire Peninsula and the Balearic Islands. Shipments to the Canary Islands are not available at the moment. We also ship throughout Europe. International shipments outside Europe available are: New Zealand, United States, Mexico, United Kingdom. Shipping costs: at Aletheia Acuarelas we send all orders certified. Shipping within the Peninsula has a price of €4.50. Shipping costs to Europe and international areas (mentioned in the previous point) will be calculated automatically when entering the data on the payment screen. Returns and exchanges policy: the return process is not possible if more than 30 days have passed since the order was placed. In order to return a product, it must be unused, wrapped in the original packaging and in the same condition in which you received it. It is possible to make a return or exchange if you receive your order and there is an error with the products (wrong colors, palettes, etc.); To do this, contact aletheiaacuarelas@gmail.com to report the problem. Once we receive the package we will assess whether the refund will be made or not; If so, it may take several days for the money to be processed back. If the failure was on the part of Aletheia Acuarelas, the missing or incorrect products will be sent to you at no additional cost and without the need to return the other products. If the failure was a mistake by the buyer and they want to exchange a product, the shipping will be at their expense. If the items have been damaged during shipping, a return is not possible since we are not responsible for the treatment that the shipping company (external to us) has given to the package. Gift cards cannot be returned. Damage: The watercolors are made and checked by hand one by one in search of flaws or breaks. At Aletheia Acuarelas we review and make sure that the package leaves the workshop in perfect condition. If during the way the package is damaged or products are missing, we are not responsible for the treatment that the shipping company has given to the package since they are agencies external to us. We are not responsible for any damage that the customer has caused to the products when opening or handling them. Order processing and delivery times: The processing time for an order is 3 to 5 days. Shipping time varies depending on the destination you are going to, but in general, within the Peninsula it takes 2 to 3 days to be delivered (business days) to your home. Shipments to European countries take between 6 and 10 days to be delivered. International shipments usually take between 15 and 40 days to be delivered. All orders are certified so you will have to sign and give your information when collecting them. Payment options: it is possible to pay through Paypal, Credit Card and Bizum (Spain only).
