How do I add more products to an order I've already placed?
If you have already placed an order and want to add more products, simply make a new purchase and select the delivery method "HAND DELIVERY" so you aren't charged for shipping again. Then, just send us a message through our online chat or an email to aletheiaacuarelas@gmail.com.
Do you ship to Canary Islands?

Can I buy a gift card for someone else?
Of course! You just need to go to the gift card page and enter the person's email and the date you want them to receive it. The card does not expire and can be redeemed whenever they like.
How long does it take to process and ship an order?
Order processing and preparation time can range from 1 to 5 days, depending on the time of year. Once the package is ready and handed over to the post office, it usually takes 2 to 4 days to arrive within Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. Can I modify my order after placing it?

Can I change the shipping address of an order?
Yes. If the order has not been shipped yet, it is possible to change the address. Send an email to aletheiaacuarelas@gmail.com.
Can I return products if I am not satisfied?
The return process cannot be completed if more than 30 days have passed since the order was placed. To return a product, it must be unused, wrapped in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Returns or exchanges are possible if you receive your order and there is an error with the products (wrong colors, palettes, etc.); to do so, please contact aletheiaacuarelas@gmail.com to explain the issue.
How do I cancel my order?
To cancel an order, send a message through the online chat or send an email to aletheiaacuarelas@gmail.com.
Orders that have already been prepared and shipped cannot be cancelled, nor can customized products.
