Replica of Painter's Palette of Amenhotep III
At Aletheia Acuarelas, a few times a year, we craft a replica of a painter's palette exhibited at the MET Museum in New York, which features an inscription dedicated to Pharaoh Amenhotep III. Just like the original palette, this replica contains six wells filled with authentic pigments based on bibliographical references: Egyptian blue, malachite green, brown earth, yellow ochre, a red ochre, and finally, vine black.
